How to Request Smoking Accommodations for Your NYC SUV Limo Booking

How to Request Smoking Accommodations

When booking an SUV limo in NYC with Bubz Limos, it’s essential to communicate your smoking needs upfront. To ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your ride, clearly request smoking accommodations at the time of booking. This includes confirming whether smoking is allowed in the vehicle and discussing any cleaning fees associated with smoking.

Understanding Smoking Policies

Before making your request, familiarize yourself with Bubz Limos’ smoking policy. Generally, most luxury limo services, including Bubz Limos, prefer to maintain the cleanliness and odor-free environment of their vehicles. However, if smoking is permitted in certain vehicles, it’s important to ask about specific regulations.

Different Limo Options

SUV Limousines: These spacious vehicles may have different smoking protocols depending on their design and upholstery.

Luxury Sedans: Typically not suitable for smoking due to leather or fabric interiors.

Steps to Request Smoking Accommodations

Step 1: Planning Your Trip

Identify your pick-up location, destination, and the date and time for your trip. Popular pick-up points include JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, or major hotels in Manhattan. For instance, if you’re traveling from JFK to Times Square, expect a journey of around 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Step 2: Contacting Bubz Limos

You can reach Bubz Limos via phone or email. When contacting the company, provide your trip details and express your request for smoking accommodations. Make sure to ask if smoking is allowed and what the associated policies are:

Safety measures in place for smokers.

Cleaning fees that may apply post-ride.

Availability of designated smoking areas if applicable.

Step 3: Confirming the Details

Upon receiving your information, Bubz Limos will confirm your booking and smoking accommodations. Ensure you review the written confirmation to verify that all conditions are as per your request. It’s advisable to book your limousine at least 24 hours in advance, considering NYC traffic can be unpredictable, especially during peak hours, which can vary from 7 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 7 PM.

Traffic Considerations

New York City is notorious for its traffic congestion. When planning your trip, take note of the following:

Traveling during rush hour? Plan for delays—always add at least 30 minutes to your expected travel time.

Weekends might have less traffic, but special events can cause unexpected hang-ups.
